DK Discovery Day ~ Lego Brickmaster Friends ~ GIVEAWAY!

Lego is one of the most loved toys that I've ever come across. As a kid, and even as a teen I remember enjoying Lego. It has lasted the test of time, and I can only see the popularity of Lego growing! Oftentimes, Lego is seen as a toy for the boys...and although boys surely do love Lego, I know many girls that also enjoy Lego - especially when it comes in pink & purple colored blocks with girl mini-figures.

DK Canada has a great line of products for Lego fans - boys and girls alike. We recently had our first taste of Lego Brickmaster Friends...delightful pink and purple Lego fun. This brickmaster set from DK Canada has two minifigures named Mia and Chloe and they are on the hunt for some buried treasure. The treasure is hidden in Heartlake City...now it's up to you to build the Lego set and let the adventures begin! Included in this delightful Brickmaster set is more than 100 bricks, two minifigures and a book that is filled with captivating stories and plenty of building instructions!

Lego Brickmaster Friends is a fabulous way to bring together creativity and fun. It also encourages reading, and your children will be able to build (and re-enact!) a Lego model to go along with each chapter of the story. This set has been much-loved in our home, and our girls were delighted to have a Lego set of their own...espcially one that features their favorite colors (pink & purple) as well as girl Lego Minifigures! Our son, (the ultimate Lego fan) also enjoyed this set and loved building the exact models for each part of the story and playing with his sisters to act out the story on their Lego creations!

We would definitely recommend the Lego Brickmaster sets from DK Canada. They are affordable, fun and perfect for school breaks or gift ideas!

WIN IT!
One of our readers is going to win a Lego Brickmaster Friends set! In order to enter please follow the instructions on the form below. Open to Canada ONLY! Contest ends March 4, 2013.
